"Couldn’t ask for better service" When I come in to get the service on my car I always have Derek. I trust him to take care of my car and not bill me for anything extra. He’s very professional and I have complete faith in him.

"Treated like a King!" I actually bought a car unseen. I had called in and Abby was outstanding. She described perfectly. I drove up late that evening and the dealership stayed open after hours to work around my schedule. The manager Sequioa was there as well. He was a import part of the process as he spoke one on one with me to make sure that I was comfortable in moving forward with the transaction. "Beyond the call of duty" Carlos Munoz showed what attention to customer means. He made sure my warranty work was satisfactorily completed. He is one of the best communicators I have come across.He kept me informed every step of the repairs.
"Attention to the customer" In processing my financing with me, Jesus Castillo made sure he addressed my concerns and provide me with the financing terms that satisfied me. He listened, and he improvised. That is what I call good customer service!

"It was a good experience" Carlos did a good job keeping me informed about the status of my car. He is very professional and service was excellent. There was no pressure in getting all the recommended repairs done at the same time. Instead, focused on the more immediate repairs first, and do a follow up visit the next time.
