"Dealership employee Carlos Munoz is great!" Carlos Munoz, is a great Service Representative. We used to avoid having service at car dealerships like the plague. Carlos provided such great service, that we have taken both our BMWs there recently for multiple service visits. "Truly Exceptional Service and Sales Experience" Went in for service on my 2015 328i and was greeted by the asst. service manager Maria Lizardi. She was incredibly friendly and professional and I highly recommend you ask to work with her for your BMW service needs. I took a walk over to Sales while I was waiting and was eyeing up my dream car, a new BMW M2. "Superb!" Jack worked with my schedule, family issues and was supportive and caring. He made the process of a new lease and closing of an old lease as smooth as it could be. He is one of the reasons I have renewed my loyalty to BMW--the best and only cars I have owned/leased since my first BMW in 2002.

"5 stars " I have been a client for more than 15 years and have always received the best service !!!! Even though 2 of my vehicles were purchased elsewhere the service I received was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Kyle Taber, Derek Thomas and Maria Lizardi are exceptional. It is because of Kyle Tabor that I continue to drive BMW and this year I bought a new 430 conv. from this dealership where Jack Hojnacki helped to make it a wonderful experience. Their response to my safety was immediate and I was back on the road with even a greater peace of mind. Thanks again, BMW of Sarasota. You perform customer service as if it's the only important thing you are going to do each day.
