"Beat expectectations!" I will be honest, i was hesitant to look at purchasing a car through a high value dealership. My experience couldn't have been better. I was looking at pre-owned, non certified cars, so wasn't expecting much, but Naycolle really made sure I was taken care of. I had some concerns and to my surprise, once Carlos Munoz got involved, i was in good hands. Always responsive and concerned for my needs. Thank you!

"Top of the line Customer Service" I went in for a normal service call for an oil change and other minimal items. I was in need of some help a few times while I was waiting and Chad McClean was there both times to help me with various issues. This kid was beyond knowledgeable and should be put in a higher or a position where he can be utilized for his ability to help clients and solve problems. Great work Chad

I was wary because my long-running service representative was no longer available, but no surprise that the next person up (Seth Rodgers) came through big-time. 250,00 miles on my 745i, all due to Sarasota BMW service center!

Great support Team from both, my Sales professional and Service professionals. Got me serviced, replace my Run-flat tire with a NEW tire, only paying the deductible! I am thankful I purchased the "tire insurance". It truly made a difference $53 compared to over $400. Thank you Naycolle for helping me get in, the service valet for getting me registered, explaining where to go and what to expect AND Jessica for following through! I am very impressed by your effort.
