"Great experience and more!" We came in to look at a used convertible but realized it was not the right fit for our lives, and changed to a 5 series sedan. Our salesperson, NayColle, was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the 3 and 5 series, without being technical. We told her exactly the color combination we wanted, price point, and she found it and let us know about it in one week. "Exceptional service provided by your service team" My daughter and her best friend were in Bradenton on a girls week before college begins when yesterday morning the car would not start. "High Quality Results" One hears a lot about the quality of Lexus service, but I doubt they can match the service provided by BMW of Sarasota and Maria Lizardi. My expectations are always met. Maria is the epitome of professionalism. Her communications skills and knowledge of the BMW cars and systems are far better than other BMW service advisors that I’ve dealt with over my many years of BMW ownership. And, almost like a bonus, she is extraordinarily charming.

"Very customer oriented. " Chris works hard to get the specific car I wanted. Took time and never made me feel rushed or pressured extremely happy with purchase. Dealership detailed car for me and Chris ensured car was perfect including window tint I wanted done before pick up.

"Service appointment" This email says I missed my appointment on Tuesday, 6/18/28. In fact I was there for $1399 worth of service! Something wrong with whom ever puts data in your program. Actually, the car was there on 6/18 at 9 am until 6/20 at about 5 pm. Time to rethink how this part of your over sight is handled. Joanne Martin
