Even though the car I ended up purchasing was supposedly sold twice out from under me, before I was able to drive the vehicle (due to it being in the service department) Ray and Leo did their absolute best to make a not so good experience an excellent one.
"Not a typical strong service experience from any BMW..." Not a typical strong service experience from any BMW dealership. Technicians need to do a better effort of quality control before returning the vehicle to the owner.

My service advisor turned my return trip to the BMW Service Department from a big negative to an even bigger positive when I found that I had a second run flat tire (same front passenger side) that I had less than six weeks earlier. He told me that buying my tires there at BMW came with road hazard insurance so that my original cost of $400+ was reduced to $45 for the second new tire. I was very relieved.

I cannot say enough about Carlos our agent that helps us every time we come in we call him with a problem he’s always there to help us I went in on Tuesday and Carlos was busy and the other agent told me I’d have to come back the next day and then Carlos was available and he saw what was wrong with the car and he said no no we will get it fixed today and he did and he got me a loaner when I went it was easy to pay I was in and out with a clean car fixed and ready ... read more
"Chad Allard" My wife and I worked with Chad for multiple days exploring BMW options. Even though we did not purchase a BMW, Chad's professionalism, product knowledge, and salesmanship were top notch. If you are interested in a BMW from this dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for Chad!!
"Bad experience with web “bot”, and initial salesperson it..." Bad experience with web “bot”, and initial salesperson it handed me to (took days for him to respond). Bobby Carr was great to work with, but Finance person was borderline rude. Customer should never have to say “be nice”.
"I thought I was just going in for a oil change Well..." I thought I was just going in for a oil change Well guess I was wrong because it cost me over 800 dollars. They decided I needed the 35000 miles check up If I would of know that I would of refused it I never get those because I really don’t think they are worth it
