"X5 Door issue" Derek was great in communicating on the status. Drop off and pick up went off with out any issues. Asking for minimum words is stupid
"Unclear directions into service garage ..then unwelcome" Our first experience bringing our BMW 5 into your dealer garage was confusing/not intuitive (parking, who to see, where to wait, navigating other cars in queue...) and not welcoming from the initial call into the dealer. The service required several return trips due to parts that were not available. Asst Svc Mgr. Derek did a very good job handling my wife and I with our flustered experience. "I had a pleasant experience. " Greg was very accommodating. Jorge apparently didn't receive my email causing delay. I had to follow up with a text to find out why he hadn't got back to me. The car was a mess with watermarks caused by the irrigation system. We had to wait while the car was re-washed. I wanted the car detailed but this didn't get addressed until it was too late.
