I paid for the platinum coverage when I purchased the car at your dealership and I’m not sure why I had to pay for the fuel induction service and a/c sanitizer service that Scott Gould said I should have. "I thought the wait for service was too long because I had..." I thought the wait for service was too long because I had call for an appointment and the service department was aware of the issue.
"Had everything set up days before arrival to save time...." Had everything set up days before arrival to save time. Upon arrival computers went down so took much longer to get started. Once underway service was done pretty quick but when I asked if they got the tires rotated I was told no. After requesting this for a 3 rd time it was done and done quickly with little wait.
"Good first experience " I was called to bring my recently purchased “ just cleaned” vehicle in for service related to a recall. Due to a mixup, it was determined that I was contacted in error. Since I had canceled a meeting to take my car in, I was not happy but decided to have the service department look at seats that were in need of service attention.
