Car was supposed to be washed and was returned dirtier than when I brought it in. Navagation and stations we're all deleted. Didn't meet with the service representative after the service. Was supposed to have some questions answered that were never answered. Had the car for service and rim repair for 3 days.

I had called ahead of time to let the dealership know that I needed to replace a particular factory installed tire. I was told that they checked their inventory and had several of those tires available. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that none of those tires were there. Several hours and a loaner car later, I was able to leave with a tire. I lost half a day driving back and forth to the dealership. For that matter, even a simple oil change can take a good two hours. took my x5 in because it developed a coolant leak i asked them to diagnose the car as well as see about the two recalls my car have and to also keep me informed. she said ok i told her that anything she finds wrong to please contact my warranty and see if its covered and to let me know. she called me back later that day to inform me that my temp sensor and lower radiator hose was cracked.they were covered by the warranty so i agreed to approve them to work on the car. i told her that i forgot to let her know that my heater w... read more
I took my car a while back for a diagnostic they detected the 3 oil seals where leaking they where going to charge 1,200 for repair.... 11/19\16 I took it again and they told me 1,700 For the gasket 700 and 500 for the other 2 it when up more than twice the price told me before. It appears this dealership scammed me, after reading my paperwork I realized that it appears over $60 they are willing to let their reputation burn. It appears as though you would have to be brainless to deal with these people.
We own a 2008 BMW 128ci...soft top around the rear glass failed. This dealer replaced the top for the cost of about $2200 in 09/2014. Had the return the car for repair to the top in 05/2015 due to poor installation. Had to return it again in 05/2016 again for poor installation and re-do what was done the previous year. Completely unacceptable....if the replacement had been done correctly in the first place, would not have had to return twice to have that job repaired....poor workmanship. Tried to negotiate a deal on a new SUV and after a few days reached an agreement. Went to pick up the car and as is standard operating procedure at this BMW dealer, we were told "we have some good news and some bad news". "Your car is all ready but the price is going to be $3000 higher due to expiring promotions", blah, blah, blah. This 3rd service appointment scheduled at 7:15 took over 3 hours to fix what wasn't completed at the previous appointment a month ago . That appointment took over 2 hours and as I left the dealership at closing the service engine light was on which is why I returned. We are going on our 8th BMW auto and the lease is about to expire. We used SRQ BMW for service since our move to the area with good results. Friends told us to buy new from Lakeland BMW since SRQ BMW was difficult to deal with. Using a reference from a neighbor, contacted NayColle Wright and left a message. Got a response 4 days later.
