"Oil change service. " Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable from the person who checked me in and in particularly Derek. He kept me aware of the timing of the repair and explained all checks performed.

"Extremely good service " The service was both extremely good and efficient.. my service advisor was extremely good and continued to give me updates on where they was with my car.. her name that I wanted to recognize was Judy ( sorry lost her card for last name) she was extremely polite and efficient..
"Passenger Seat Repair" The front passenger seat's mechanism to move seat forward and backward was broken. I took it to BMW Sarasota and they figured out the problem quickly and took care of it exactly as they promised.

"Need help with paper work" Hi guys, Just purchased the m2 comp Saturday, love the car and love the experience of your dealership. Everyone was wonderful and was a very quick process. Only thing is we didn't get any paperwork, it was said to be sent via email to info@twistedhobbys.com or twistedhobbys@gmail.com Unfortunately we still didn't receive it. "Great service advisor " Someone asks me about this BMW dealership I have mixed reviews about this place .. I am not 100% happy with the things that happened to my vehicle when it went in for service I will start by sayin my advisor Derik is a Wonderful,Awesome advisor and would not want anyone else but him I did have one other person Efrin he was also wonderful but works in the back on vehicles a true genuine person!
