"Convertible locking mechanism " Part had to be ordered and came in next day. Dealership provided a rental vehicle. Service representative had wrong name on acct. and did not reach me when vehicle was ready. I called to inquire and was informed of the error which was ultimately corrected.

"Worst service experience with any car dealership" I already sent my review/survey and heard nothing. Last service call was a disaster starting from being totally ignored to having to do all the follow up. Service person was on the phone the entire time and the list goes on and on.

"Quick service " Carlos was super detailed in his explanation of any issues. He advised that this service center would not simply plug my punctured run flat tires but replace them to ensure safety. He was honest in telling me that my previous BMW service center was doing wrong by not replacing the tires each time there was a puncture. I truly appreciate that honesty from service department. The main reason why I have started to recommend others to this dealer.

"ESP WARRANTY" With the Extented Warranty Plan you can take your vehicle to any dealership ACCEPT BMW!!! I spoke to one person in service he said we don’t take that warranty,spoke to someone else they said I had to pay up front. I took car to Sarasota Ford they took it to BMW IT WAS COVERED, THANK YOU SARASOTA FORD! It took 8 days to replace alternator because of the run around from BMW. "Waiting area chairs. " This review concerns your waiting area. All your chairs are made for people 6 feet and over! I am barely 5 feet tall and cannot sit in your chairs. How about putting in a couple of chairs that would fit shorter people. Ordinarily I wait for my car and am so uncomfortable. Sure would appreciate it. I strongly advise anyone to do their research before buying from here. I visited this store and built the exact car I wanted. The sales rep found one for me in Alabama that was a better deal because it included their incentives. After waiting three days and them charging my card $3000, they still hadn’t locked in the car. I then took it upon myself to find the exact car but for $6000 less. Not only that but Sarasota Bmw tried to swindle me on shipment of the car fees and a bogus “didn’t change my oil” fee for my lease trade ... read more
