"Yes, but..." Needs a maybe for recommend. Read what you authorize before signing. Check on what is needed for your mileage. Oh, but BMW supposedly goes by time not mileage. Was surprised to find a $65 filter was needed, plus a $40 labor charge. My radio station was changed by someone to a station I abhor. If they don’t approve of the station, just turn it off—don’t change it! 1 1/2 - 2 hours for a simple routine oil change is ridiculous! They cram 50 vehicles in at a time. Not to mention overpriced. "Sales Experience = Good / Paperwork = Awful" I recently leased a 200 series convertible. I worked with Abby who was patient, easy-to-work with and knowledgeable. I felt I ended up with a good deal which is probably how most feel. My wife was not with me at the time we made the deal, and I needed to come back later in the day with her to sign the paperwork. "Service" I was at the dealership at 6:50 AM and the first in line. The person that logged me in must have made a mistake since I had to wait 20 minutes in the waiting room while there were 3 service reps sitting around doing nothing. I even received an email from your dealership asking why I did NOT show up for my appointment? Whoever logged in me must have been inexperienced and in need of additional training. "Great service!" My car was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Jessica did a great job keeping me informed about my car. I was given a loaner car for the day. However, it was more like a rental, although I didn’t have to pay for it. Miles were restricted, and I had to return it with the same amount of gas in it. When i got in the car, the fuel tank was on empty, and showed 66 miles to empty, which a mile down the road showed 55 miles to empty. So needless to say I had to drive straight to the gas station.

"Purchase of 2919 BMW X3" This dealership had the CPO vehicle that fit our needs. It was a process to get to an agreement on the purchase price, but Luis Monticello was exceptional in helping us get an agreement. Jesus Castillo did a great job with the closing process. My only negative, was the detail department. The car was not detailed very good. The windows were still dirty and it looks like the did not properly clear the hood. We are returning to the dealer to discuss these issues with Luis.

"Service " Your web site for making appointments could better went to Lexus day before their site is more user friendly and gives you a choice of service mgrs to work with. Dereck was fine but I usually work with Maria L

"Oil change and other " Liked service. Did not like Uber ride to mall. I am used to a loaner car. Our family does not use Uber and I was not comfortable with it

"1998 528i repair " Extremely disappointed to get into car after spending almost blue book value for maintenance and the check engine light is on??? Technicians rarely finish any repairs in original estimated time. My new seat motor makes noises a new one should not? Carlos Munoz in service is the ultimate professional!

"service" I was told the repair would take 3 hrs. instead it was 5. I was also told after returning that because I opted for a rental car and didn't stay around that they worked on another vehicle. What difference does it make if I am there or not, if my car is first , repair it and then move on to the next vehicle. Just saying.
