"My review" I had my oil & filter changed, how can I review that? I bring the car in, they change the oil and filter and I pickup the car a couple of hours later.

"Not interested in reviewing" Service was performed in a timely manner but in the future I’d prefer the other upscale methods where they pick up the vehicle from your home & return it when repaired.

"Had a very good experience. Had to top off fluid level." Manager at entrance was very organized and took care of us quickly. Problem: Several months ago we entered Q and was asked to back out because they would not wash cars any more. After buying three new cars at the dealership and promised a car wash when we needed one we were quite disappointed to say the least. "But not when employees are having a Thanksgiving buffet." Normally I would rate BMW of Sarasota higher, but not on this visit. The staff, employees and their families were enjoying a Thanksgiving buffet, and I had to inquire as to my vehicle being ready after two and da half hours. I was told it would be approximately two hours, but my service advisor was AWOL as she and her family were enjoying the buffet. I also asked to see a Genius to answer a few questions. "Replacement of defective emergency door lock." "Sandy's November Service" I brought my car in the night before my appointment. My service representative, Seth Rogers, was not there. I filled out the form and left the car. The next morning, I received two texts from Seth, telling me that my brake fluid needed to be done and what the cost would be, and the cost of the broken cup holder. "Efficiency" I made an appoint on line and received a reply within an hour. Arrived at my appointment and was told 2 hours maximum and the appointment time was just under 2 hours with car wash! Seth was excellent in his explanation of service performed and what needs attention to in future.
