"flat tire" visiting from out of state. went to dealer to get flat tire fixed even though i didn't have appt. they fixed it within two hours, so i guess that's pretty good.

"Disappointing" My wife was there for 1hr and 10min just to drop off my car and pick up a loaner and she had an appointment!. Very disorganized and she was not happy - she was comparing it to her Lexus dealership which she LOVES. I picked up the car myself and it was much much smoother - I was well taken care of but my wife said she will never take my car to that dealership again. Sad.

BMW Sarasota came to our rescue when Global Imports BMW in Atlanta abandoned me, my blind husband, my cat and our disabled under warranty car in Acworth, Georgia. on September 13th It is a long, unbelievable story and I finally got our car our car back from Atlanta on October 9th thanks to BMW Sarasota.
