Over the last 4 years or so, it seems our NJ purchased X5's have developed a taste for Fields BMW service.....reaching their service levels while we are visiting the Orlando Area. The '16 X5 needed it's inaugural service just last week and we scheduled the appointment to match our convenience and received outstanding service and support from Service Advisor Mike Carley! The Service department at Fields is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Patti goes out of her way to make me feel like family. Nick Lansing my service technician is very knowledgeable.

Ask for jack todd walks you through the whole process and keeps you informed. Had a huge engine problem they where able to set me up with a rental for 37 dollars and get the job done within 24 hours great service I'm more likely to come back to winter park than orlando south they are more attentive to you at winter park.

The dealership is very nice and easy to use service. The nky improvement would be to have dual cashiers to speed up that process. Between checkout and valet wait it was 20 mins to get my car after handing in loaner. Coffee was awesone.
