Rich Gaffney is always going above and beyond when I have any issues or need servicing for my car. Communication is always on point and he never has me guessing what's going on and when it will all be done. My go to for sure!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I recieved a loaner which was great since the car wasn't ready before my boys were done with school so I kept it for one extra day.

Richard found the issue why my X5 hatch was not operating. He was extremely communicative and arranged everything including a rental car when we learned the at had to stay for several days to obtain the correct parts.

This was my second purchase at Fields BMW and I couldn't be any happier. Purchased a 16 X5 on February 13th. Kent Little was my salesman, for both purchases, and his level of service he offers is above any other service I've received from any car dealership!
