Service visit was taken care of promptly. Every problem was taken care of and car is running well.I was very happy with the service visit.

Fields has excellent customer service. My service advisor matt always provides an amazing experience. All work was done in a timely manner and a loaner vehicle was provided.

After bringing in my 335i for repairs I found Mr. Abney to be one of the most genuine and truthful service agents I've ever had. He made sure that my warranty company took care of the bill and he made sure I was back in my vehicle as quickly as possible. Being active duty NAVY it was extremely important for me to have my car back fast and without any problems from the warranty company and he personally made sure of that!

This was my first visit to Fields BMW as I was from out of state. Everything went perfectly just as if I was at my home dealership.

I was in for a service due of my M4. The employee was nice and helpful. The dealership was clean and waiting area was nice

The Fields team and Patty my service advisor are always trying to do whatever needs done to be certain my experience is a positive one. My issues are always taken care of in a friendly way as I wait in a clean lounge and enjoy a complementary drink or meal. My vehicle is returned to me after being cleaned and vacuumed...what else could you ask for in service? Thank you Patty, Joe and the Fields Team.

My issue was diagnosed and corrected quickly. The repair was expensive but not outrageous for BMW. The service rep was courteous and explained everything in detail.
