After bringing in my 335i for repairs I found Mr. Abney to be one of the most genuine and truthful service agents I've ever had. He made sure that my warranty company took care of the bill and he made sure I was back in my vehicle as quickly as possible. Being active duty NAVY it was extremely important for me to have my car back fast and without any problems from the warranty company and he personally made sure of that!

The Fields team and Patty my service advisor are always trying to do whatever needs done to be certain my experience is a positive one. My issues are always taken care of in a friendly way as I wait in a clean lounge and enjoy a complementary drink or meal. My issue was diagnosed and corrected quickly. The repair was expensive but not outrageous for BMW. The service rep was courteous and explained everything in detail.
