I brought in my 328I for general maintenance. From top bottom from the time I arrived for drop off of vehicle until the moment I returned my BMW rental of three days I couldn't be more impressed. I had the opportunity of having the same gentleman, Brian Diederich, service my vehicle. Brian Diederich serviced the vehicle the first time and will until the day he retires as he is the only one I would want under the hood! It was good to know the Feilds staff all go above and beyond For clients. Had a problem with vehicle rattling only two days after purchasing and the Field BMW team fixed the problem no hesitation. Now the car is running like it should

Had to have my x5 towed into BMW as wouldn't start. Jack called right away to let me know car had arrived safely, then kept me up to date on a regular basis. Picked the car up on a Saturday, but engine light came on again, Jack said to bring in right away and they diagnosed the problem while I waited. Not thrilled with how many issues my car had after only being out of warranty for a year. That aside Jack and Fields gave great service, and always enjoy breakfast and coffee while I'm there!!!

I received excellent ustomer service from my service advisor Mike and the cashier! Only thing that would be better is if it didn't take three hours for an oil change.

I was greeted with warmth and they took care of my car issue promptly. I was offered to shuttle back to my work place and be picked up after completion of service. Thank you for caring about your customers!!!!
