I just moved to the area, and my 3 series vehicle need some TLC, the service and attention to detail from my service advisor Michael Abney was excellent.

Made appointment to service my 535 and Patty as usual was so upbeat and very much willing to help and do whatever it takes to fix a water leak inside the car. Was able to get a loaner during the service, so time wasn't wasted and the car was promptly returned and ready to go as expected. Thank you Patty, you are surely the best!!!!

I dealt with Michael Abny and he was just fantastic. He kept me informed and updated me fully as my car was being serviced. I needed a part ordered that was unexpected and he was still able to provide me with my vehicle back on time. I am very satisfied with my service and I look forward to coming back!

We came from merritt island because hugh was highly recommmded. Definitely the best car buying experience I have had to date. Hugh did an excellent job!

I needed routine service and had a recall on a part that just came out the day of service. My part was over nighters and I was a priority to the organization. They could have pushed me off for a later date, but took care of me.

Service advisor Matt Stevens took the time to listen to my details on the problem (intermittent-the worst kind), my research and thoughts, and discuss possibilities as well as the service history of my car. All my questions were addressed, and I was invited to call with any other concerns. By the next business day I had a text with the diagnosis and anticipated repair completion.
