I have purchased and leased eight BMWs since moving to Central Florida. Our Salesman, Alan Fisher is a true professional. He is totally knowledgeable of all models, is completely professional throughout the entire ordering, sales and delivery cycle, is always happy to help with any question, service appointment, etc, and somehow immediately recognizes my wife and me, not only in the dealership, but even when we have "bumped into" him in restaurants. Having recently moved to Florida needed some service on my 535i. Was able to get an appt the next day bright and early and it went well. Everyone was nice and the service was completed timely. Car still under warrantee so there was no charge.
