Fast service, no hassle. Drop off car and picked up the loaner; same thing with dropping off the loaner and picked up my car when the service was done. Staff were courteous ; my car was washed and. Cleaned at pick up

Outstanding customer service, on time delivery of my vehicle within the estimated service time and appreciate the courtesy car ride. Only issue was not resetting my Oil Service reminder on the message display.

I punctured a tire and was leaving that morning for s trip out of town. Jack got me in ASAP, changed the tire out and I was on my way I a few short hours. What a Lifesaver. I typically have great service here and was very pleased with the last minute help. Thank you jack and Fields BMW. M. Bennett

My service advisor Jack went out of his way to try to help me with a warranty claim. While the ultimate outcome wasn't what I hoped for, I appreciated the extra effort. Jack always shows a high level of customer service that I have come to expect at Fields.
