I bought my first Bmw for my wife from Reggie at fields, he recoommend Richard as my advisor.. Richard always very punctual with getting my car service and delivered on a timely basis....Richard deals with my wife most of the time and he is always very professional and respectful to her.... If for any reason her car needs to be at the dealer for more than a day he usually arrange a loaner for her....I hope he continues to be a valued employee there, I would hate to deal with someone else...... While shopping around for a new car, you often encounter salesmen and dealerships that only care about their bottomline. They will lure you in with promises of low prices only to turn around and add fee after fee and try to pressure you into a deal you are not satisfied with. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Justin Rowe, Eddie Santiago, and everyone from the finance manager to the receptionist provided outstanding service. I was in and out with my new car in about an hour. In addition, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle, the financing was better than any bank, and they even called me after the sale to extend a promotion to pay the first month's payment towards my car.
