I love Fields BMW! All around great experience when you go there! They have an amazing service department! I would recommend if you need any service see Richard Gaffney he is always on top of things, every time I need service he had a loaner car ready for me and of I can't make it to the dealer he will bring it to my house and pick my car up! With my busy schedule working for the Orlando Magic it is very had to get my car in for service, thanks to Richard who always takes care of me, has a loaner car ready for me and brings it to me if I can't make it to Fields. I will always recommend Fields BMW to all my friends and family!!!

As always great service at Fields BMW, just a quick note few weeks ago I had gotten a nail in 2 of my tires Richard Gaffney called me back right away and told me to bring it in and he would have a loaner for me so I could get home. I told him I would be there by 5:30 and was not so lucky to do that, I was stuck in traffic, I called him and told him I wouldn't be there until 6:-6:15 he waited for me until I got there had a loaner ready for me. Overall, this dealership is certainly one of the best I've ever been to! We went in looking for a used bmw 5 series and wanted to purchase it. But we had personal circumstances that could've prevented us from getting the car. Our salesperson, Jay, helped us every step of the way. Why this review; to tell all we had the best ever experience this week at Fields / Winter Park buying a new 328. .
