Frustrated looking at used cars when I finally found a BMW at Fields. Received the best sales help from Justin R. and Eddie S. got us through the financials painlessly. I will definitely go back to Fields when it comes time to trade this extremely nice 135i in on something new. The employees are treated well and it shows in their demeanor, making for an overall pleasant buying experience.

I took my pre-owned 2011 BMW 328i in to meet with the BMW Genius. I had questions as to the use of some of the functions/features of my car. Bryan spent a considerable amount of time "tutoring" me (very patient and instructive). I pointed out the weather strip on the driver's had been torn/worn by the previous owner.
