The reason I gave a 5-5 rating is because this by far was the best experience my wife and I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. Al Smith (Tiger) was a delight to work with helping and leading us to the goal we wanted without pushy salzie closes. Robert made the closing fun for the first time, in and out smoothly. I highly recommend Fields as the place to buy your BMW.

Got a flat tire on I-4 and was able to reach Patty Rennie immediately on phone and she told me what to do; they took my car in that evening and replaced the tire at not cost. Have used this dealership for 4 years and would highly recommend as they have always been friendly and responsive to my needs!
