We weren't sure what we wanted, or even if we wanted a BMW. Ian spent several hours with us, answering our questions, going for a test drive and answering more questions. We never felt pressure to buy.

I had my tech appointment with Brian yesterday (Wednesday), I am so glad I went. He is very knowledgeable about these cars. Gave me pointers, explained how the car runs, gave me tips, helped with my many questions. It was very interesting on how these cars operate, loved learning the insights. I called into Otto's knowing exactly what car I was interested in. I initially spoke with Dallas who was so helpful and knowledgeable on every question I asked him. I was then referred to Scott Gately for when I came in to do the test drive. I first have to commend the customer service on every level of the dealership, from the initial call to the detail and delivery of the vehicle. Scott was so easy to deal with. My wife's BMW was on the blink electronically. We had been using a local mechanic being a 2004 model. We were told that the battery cable was recalled for that model. I got the duty today on my retirement day off. From the first minute I dropped the car off at service and was greeted by a very young man and I quickly met Sharon at the Control desk ( it seemed as the control desk) and she was a total delight! We had a very easy and enjoyable experience with Scott. Those are two adjectives I usually don't use when talking about a car dealership. We were just looking and had no intention of buying but after driving the car and talking with Scott, we were sold. He is extremely knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure the car was the best fit for me. I would absolutely recommend Otto's and specifically Scott. He went above and beyond what we expected. I've always enjoyed working with Heath. He knows the cars and he cares about his customers. He doesn't oversell, and he works to understand what car will work out best for the customer.
