I had a great experience working with Justice to buy my car. I'm from a different state and wanted to purchase a Certified car in their inventory. My state's laws did not make the process easy, but Justice helped me every step of the way. He, along with Rose, went above and beyond in helping me buy the car and getting it registered in my state. I can't recommend Justice and Otto's enough and am glad I was able to work with them on this purchase.

Just bought our second BMW from Otto's. The experience this time even exceeded the first time when we bought a new 328i. I brought my car in for a recall. Some things went wrong with my initial visit. They quickly fixed the errors and I am happy with my car and my experience. They also gave me a rental which made life convenient as it was Easter weekend and I needed to drive to visit family. Id recommend this dealership for service and/or sales. ??
Kevin Hughes, BMW Genius, not only provided exceptional training on my new X5, but was passionate and as excited as I am about my new vehicle. He answered all of my questions thereby greatly improving my driving experience. I feel like I can actually fully enjoy a new car and make use of everything it has to offer, which is a first! I appreciated his communication and reminders to get me in for the Encore session. I will do this with every vehicle now. Can't thank you enough for the exceptional experience.

Nothing but great things to say about my purchase from Otto's. Extremely professional and responsive; the entire process took only a few days. No games with the price--gave me a great quote right from the start, took care of all my requests, and had me in and out at pickup as quickly as possible (I test drove the car at another dealership, and THAT process took longer than when I actually purchased at Otto's, with all the paperwork, etc.). I appreciate the informative session with Savvy Tech Rep Brian Menda. He is keenly knowledgeable about the BMW X3 navigation system and was able to help me understand how it gets its information, how I can make it work for me. He also showed me how to set up interactive use with the OFFICE portion of the system. I am impressed with Otto's approach to customer service, and I have enjoyed every interaction I have had with the dealership and its employees. Thank you one and all.
