This is our second lease with Otto's BMW and our associate is Kevin Mahoney. The sales advisor I dealt with, Ben Drake, listened to my needs and helped Me find the exact car I needed. Heath Cameron, Client Advisor, provides support and education throughout the whole car buying/leasing process. I truly felt like I walked away not only with a beautiful BMW, but the feeling that I made informed decisions and made a friend in the process. The professional service and client support relationship starts with the first inquiry and continues even after they hand you the keys. The experience was worth every minute and dime spent on the traveling five hours to work with Heath. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

We have just leased our second BMW through Otto's. Heath Cameron was our sales person both times. He is extremely competent, friendly and accomodating. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail. He follows up to make sure you are satisfied and all is going well. A few years ago I had a problem on a Sunday and I was able to reach Heath via his cell phone and he took care of it.
