My experience so far with Otto's BMW has been stellar. I recently traded in a Mini I got from Otto's Mini for a 3 series and Heath Cameron made my decision to stay within the Otto's family of dealerships an easy seamless transition. I just went to Otto's this week and had Kevin Hughes help me with all the features of my new BMW. The car really does everything -except cook! It is helpful to have someone show you all the little tricks as the car has become very sophisticated: even just the navigation feature is quite tricky. Kevin was clear and helpful - I highly recommend going in for the tutorial!!
I highly highly recommend Heath and Otto's BMW dealership in general. I have been going there for 8 years and have only had good experiences. This week I went in to get something fixed on my car and ended up buying a new car. Heath was great - he found me the exact right car but without a hard sell. He is knowledgeable, cheerful, and patient. If you are going to buy a BMW (which you should :) ), then Heath is your guy!
I like cars and am moving in and out of them quite a bit. I have an acceptable loss ratio for each deal that is based off whole sale numbers. I realize a Dealer must make money so I have a realistic number above whole sale pricing that I do not bend on. The most important aspect for me is price. Once I have that part of the deal in check I concentrate on terms and details. I do not like to chase people for answers and expect the back end of the deal be taken care of. FYI, I was truly impressed on how I was treated when I walked through the door at Ottos BMW. The sales manager Kevin Mahoney, and Wilmer treated my wife, and I like royalty. I felt they went the extra mile in explaining, and showing us the car we were interested in which was a new 435i Xdrive. I will definetly continue to do business with Ottos BMW in West Chester. I went to Otto's BMW on a whim to check out a unique color combo of a car I already had on order. I fell in love with the combo and canceled my original order with the other dealer! Heath was my CA and was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable and worked with me to make a great deal! I highly reccomend him if you're in the market for a new/used/CPO BMW! I purchased a new 2015 BMW X5. The deal ($$) was great, the financing aspect was superb but most of all, the care and attention to detail at this dealership was second to none (this is my fourth BMW overall and first from Otto's). I just had a wonderful appointment with Dallas Reynolds at Otto's as a follow-up to my new vehicle purchase of 6 weeks ago. He did a phenomenal job of explaining all of the amazing things that my new car can do and answering all of the questions I had developed after driving the car for a while. Without this follow-up appointment, I never would have realized my car's full potential. Dallas did a great job!
