My husband and I had never owned a BMW before but were in the market for a new car so included Otto's BMW in our search. We had good experiences at all of the different car dealerships but were most impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff at Otto's. Ian monitored BMW manufacturing start dates for the 2018 M3 model year, allowing me to order as soon as this was possible. Otto's sales volume and associated allocations provided a slot in one of the first production weeks, making for a quick and early delivery of my M3. Pricing was fair and transparent, so no "surprises" during the purchase process. All in all, a great experience for which I certainly commend Ian and Otto's BMW.

Ian's delivery of my car was excellence and had me in and out at a reasonable length of time. Also he answered all my questions about the vehicle and my purchase processes.....

Brian did a great job filling us in on all the great things that a new BMW 540 can do. I feel confident that should we have additional questions, Brian will be able to answer them.

This was my first BMW, so I went in thinking it was going to be a battle getting what I want for a reasonable price. I shopped around at other dealers and decided to drive out of my way to Otto's. 100% professional from start to finish. Ian and Pat were organized, competent, and knowledgeable. I was shown exactly the vehicles I was interested in, and all questions on the vehicle, warranty, CPO coverage were answered fully. Paperwork was preprinted and fully prepared.

I view myself as a very critical and knowledgeable buyer and can be very demanding of what I expect from a sales person.
