Otto's: 5 Stars, The dealership is great however: KM: Minus 5 for hanging up on me and being extremely rude when I called back. He signed the literature for the SPRING OWNER LOYALTY EVENT for "esteemed clients" like me who spent over $150,000 on BMWs there and I had a question for him which is a moot point now. I don't doubt that he gave the other reviewers great service, I believe that is entirely possible. I recently purchased a certified pre owned 3 series. I was impressed with the on hand inventory and the overall condition of the cars at Otto's. Tom Dougherty really took the time to show me a variety of models with various features. Ian Martin was very professional and had a no pressure approach. He was responsive to what we wanted instead of what he wanted to sell us. Dealership is going thru an extensive renovation which subtracted from the overall experience, however, the overall experience was still very good. When we were picking up my wife's new 440i, they had my X5 washed. Great service and nice touch for an upscale dealership. Definitely continue to by my BMW's here.
