I made an appointment a month go. Pulled up today and was told there is a 2 hour wait??? Why make an appointment??? They only take appointments so why is there a wait??? What’s the point of scheduling appointment??? Horrible horrible management.

Never thought I'd be treated badly here.....Wouldn't even check my lousy credit and Help...passed me around from building to building to be passed on to someone who wouldn't check my credit to see if im eligible for their one program for those that have been with Toyota for over 12 months...They had me Assuming there was one or more programs available...DUDE DID I MENTION HE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK MY CREDIT HE TOL ME THAT IF IM WILLING TO PAY 4 TO 5 THOUSAND DOWN THEY MIGHT CAN HELP ME....ALL WITHOUT CHECKING...MY CREDIT!!!! My appt was for 11:15 today, its currently 1:15pm. I had to ask for a status update. I should have been told an hour ago that there will be a delay due to lack of personnel. Since Bob Tyler is the only game in Pensacola, your on their schedule. I'm a 1st time Toyota Highlander owner. Not impressed with the service dept.

Bob Tyler Toyota has taken advantage of my 72 year old mother, three times now. Most recently, she brought her car to their service department for a couple of very minor repairs. Her service advisor said they didn’t know what work needed to be done until she arrived so they had to order the parts. Funny thing is, I am the one who made her appointment and told them exactly what needed to be done. Now they say my mom will have to wait until next Wednesday for the work to be completed. DO NOT BUY FROM BOB TYLER TOYOTA! I bought a new to me 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Bob Tyler about 5 to 6 weeks ago. The transmission went out before I ever made the first payment. Their idea of making it right was repairing it minus the labor cost....so it is still going to cost me about $3300...keep in mind I just paid over $25K for the truck. Bob Tyler has had my truck for about 9 days. Called us late last week and said they should have it ready by today. Worst service ever. No one knows what anyone else is doing. Can’t reach the service rep. I’ve tried again and again to like this place because I rather go to the dealership, but the few good employees have clearly all left for a reason.

This company 100% took advantage of my 85 year old father, who brought his 2017 Highlander with LESS than 7k miles on it and in IMMACULATE CONDITION, in for basic SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, and was bombarded by salesmen who talked him into buying a 2020 SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION Forerunner. The sales people should be ASHAMED of themselves! 100% UNACCEPTABLE! we purchased a car there that was a one owner no accidents according to the salesman so we purchased it, a month latter something on vehicle was not working so they set and appointment so my wife drives 2 hours to get there, and mechanic looks at it and says it has been wrecked salesman denied it and does not make it right they lie to my wife and will not make it right it is not over will be reporting to better business bureau and every other review I can give do not do business here a bunch of non professional liers
