The service was slow and inconsistent, the woman behind us became physically ill during our meal due to her food and the entire restaurant had to witness it, and the food was over seasoned.
Well we started off a little slow. We entered and no hostess for at least 10 min. We are just standing in the atrium with servers staring at us. No on said hey someone will be right with you. The service was terrible. We weren’t seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. Tables were crammed into walkways, and the food was only ok, not great.
Food was great, everything else was horrible. This was the first time dinning at this restaurant and we won't be returning. This establishment is very expensive, leading us to believe that our experience should be on an upscale level. This place is not upscale. While there's supposed to be a dress code, people were dressed very casual. It's also very loud and you even have to walk through the kitchen area to get to the main dinning room. If you have a developed palate, stay far away from Bond 45. Ever tasted like it came from the center aisle of a grocery store. The mozzarella bites tasted like fridge. The meatballs tasted like freezer. The ragu tasted metallic (like they were made from canned tomatoes). The chicken in my chicken Alfredo was gummy and overcooked. My gelato WAS NOT gelato. Chicken Parm came out looking like a pizza. Very greasy, no flavor, had hard time finding any chicken. Chicken Marsala was fair but way to much sauce.
Just so poor in terms of service, food quality and atmosphere
Service was slow. We sat at 8:45pm and they were pretty much out of energy (and food). Food was good, just wish the service was better.
No real kids menu so forced to purchase adult meals for kids and restaurant was out of many items on the menu.
