Overpriced food, rude servers, "rustic" ambience used as an excuse not to maintain or clean the restaurant.
Food quality was not good. The staff was not attentive. The only bathroom that was working was in the back of the restaurant and was a hardship for the person I was with. Hopefully they can fix the front bathrooms for handicap guests!
Very loud. Was very hard to have conversation. Was very expensive for the quality. Everything we ordered was correct but our server was definitely busy. Rarely checked on us.
food was average but wait staff was poor. No manners or idea how to serve. and slow; very slow
took an hour to get food. Ran out of what I ordered. would never go back.
Was not pleased with the service we received. It took awhile for us to receive our entrees after we were finished with our appetizers. Once we received our food the waiter did not come back to check on us. Our server was also waiting on the table next to us and they received better service than we did. We had to ask another server for cheese and pepper for our meals. I've been to this restaurant a few times for birthday parties and always received outstanding service maybe this time it was just our waiter.
Disappointing overall. Server only told us the specials after we asked. Finally came back to take our order -- two of the three of us had selected from the "flatbreads" part of the menu - and only then did the server tell us "we took those off the menu." Obviously untrue, but since they don't serve them anymore, should have told us when seated. Ordered the family style Caesar salad - for nearly $30 it was a boring as could be. Main courses (pasta) dishes were tasty, but an overall big disappointment
I wasn't impressed with the food. The marsala sauce was just not what was expected. The chicken parmesan was flattened out which was an interesting way to serve it. It wasn't bad, did find some plastic wrapper in the food, which creeped me out. The food was only okay at best. The service and staff are very friendly and on top of things.
Came back to this restaurant based on a great experience from a few years ago. However, was greatly disappointed in every aspect. Service was very slow and un-attentive. The cocktails were awful. The food was definitely not up-to-par for the price point. Will not be coming back here.
