Management needs to be more engaged in the guest experience. We were at Bond with colleagues from a conference (4 of us in total) we were attending at Gaylord. There was a large party (12-15) sitting next to us. When they finished their meal, they got up from their table and proceeded to stand directly behind our table talking loudly, taking pictures and continually bumping our chairs and hovering over us. The service was horrible and the staff was rude. The food was mediocre at best. Not at all what was expected for a “high end” restaurant. The drinks are all ice then juice with a splash of alcohol. The steak was strictly seasoned with way too much peppercorn you can not substitute sides only add additional for An additional cost. Food is overpriced and most of our meals were disappointing. 8 of us spent $650 before tip and not one person was happy with the restaurant. Steaks were over cooked, chicken parm was a dried out weird pizza thing and the fish special was loaded with skin and bones...not much fish to consume. It’s was a giant birthday bummer.
They had no white sugar and said they hadn't had any for weeks
The Bond 45 in NYC is so far better than this one it is like a different restaurant. The menu is totally different t. The food was ok and the quality was that of much less expensive restaurants. The only great thing was the bar tender and drinks she made.
I've traveled a lot and this place had a facade which made you feel like you were about to enjoy a "GREAT MEAL" and then it was all downhill from there. TOUGH MEAT, NO SEASONING SIDES, DRY POTATOES and the chocolate cake had to be a day old and left out because it was not appealing either. I paid, I tipped and I left.
The price of the food for the portions received were ridiculous. In addition the pasta was very bland and lacked flavor. Expected far more of this restaurant, very disappointed!
Service was lacking. After ordering drinks had to ask 15 minutes later where it was. They brought our appetizer with dinner....they obviously forgot about that as well. Never asked if we wanted a second drink or if we wanted desert , which we didn’t but another example of the ineptness of our service
Very disappointing. Waitstaff were fine, food service was slooooow and food was ‘meh’, but far from cheap.
