We have been to Bond 45 twice before this and had great service so we decided to bring our friends there to celebrate a birthday. We were highly disappointed with the service from our server. We got the wrong drink but decided to drink it anyway since we didn't want to deal with the hassle of getting the right one. When the food arrived, he never once asked if everything was ok. Our table was next to the bar and kitchen which was noisy and not comfortable due to the noise and traffic. food was average, burgers were overcooked and barely had anything beside ketchup in them.
Came here to celebrate a birthday and everything started on a positive note to include a beautiful atmosphere. Everything was going well until * Strike One* the drinks came back and the waiter told one of my friends that she never order a drink when everyone else at the table clearly heard her order one. Waiter was horrible. He even apologized half way thru because he said he was busy but still continued being rude and rushed us out. Ordered lasagna...it looked like a giant flat pizza that three people could eat..Weird. Crust was hard? Ordered hot tea...got tea bag with no hot water. Would not recommend.
Requested a room on the terrace. We were out in a sunroom off the side room. Alone.
We waited a long long time for a refill of our drinks. And when we finally requested more iced tea from the waiter, he acted like it was a great imposition. Also the food was cold and the french fries tasted soggy and mealy. I would not recommend this restaurant
Slow service
The restaurant has changed (food, menu, etc.). It is just not worth the price anymore. Used to be one of my favorite spots. I will be going back occasionally but I can't help think when it use to be one of the best.
I had the crab cakes.. all meat no filler but bland ...no flavor
