The food was good, but we will not be back here. We went out for my husband's birthday. When we got there there was no one at the hostess stand. We waited 5 minutes or more then the hostess arrived. I asked her if she had a warm and romantic table, and she said no. It was busy. Then proceeded to sit us in the coldest loudest area. Food was average, the service was terrible. Waited an hour for lunch and they only had a few tables. When we brought our concerns to the manager, he did make an effort.
Cons- Waited a long time to order, bread was stale, waited a long time for food to come, food order was someone else's order. When got food, forgot out side macaroni and it came when we had finished eating already. Pros - my steak was incredible
The food was very good and the setting in National Harbor was very nice. We were trying to have a quiet dinner with old friends. At first it was perfect, but the noise level in the area we were sitting just kept getting louder until it was very hard to visit. Additionally, the service was incredibly slow and not particularly attentive. Probably the worst service I have experienced in several years. This became very frustrating. I will not return or recommend it to anyone.
This was my third visit. It will be my last. Each time, the result has been the same. The steaks are well-seasoned and flavorful; everything else served is just there. During this visit, I ordered surf and turf (filet and lobster) with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. The steak itself was great. The lobster was overcooked and served tepid. The food and service was good however the portions were disappointingly small considering the cost. Been to other high end restaurants with similar price points with far more portions. My wife ordered the Rock fish dish at the cost of roughly $32.00 and it was only half of the fish!!
I was expecting better food and service for the price point and better service that didn’t happen
Overrated restaurant and not worth the money. I would rather eat at a chain restaurant.
Food was overpriced and service was fair. The manicotti was dried out and very salty. Almost like enchiladas. Sausage dish had very little actual sausage in it. Piece of cake for dessert was !!$12. Would not recommend
