Unfortunately, I need to add to the low reviews. I called Brennan for a routine servicing. During that servicing I was told that the furnace likely had about 2 years of life left. The next morning we woke up to a freezing house as the furnace had stopped working entirely at some point. Brennan showed no urgency to return and when they did return appeared very defensive and then said I had a part that needed replacing. wasn't getting any air flow from ac first tech installed a part for $400, left without seeing if it worked, it didn't second tech decided i needed a new fan motor for $600 i asked if mybe the duct had come loose in the crawl space, he said no. two weeks later, third tech shows up with motor, installs it, it doesn't do any good. i asked about the duct in the crawl space and he went down to look. sure enuf, it had come apart. he goes down with a zip tie and in 10 minutes the flow has returned. i called Brennan 3 times to t... read more

Extremely disappointed. I had them install a new furnace and AC unit in one home, and a ductless heat pump in the other. The AC never worked correctly, was either not sized correctly or was not functioning correctly, but if the outdoor temperature was above 85 the AC unit was guaranteed not to be able to keep up. Had an appointment scheduled for weeks now. Took the day off, and no one showed up. I had to initiate a follow up phone call and was told the part was now not in and the technician is not available. Bad customer service. You reminded me to be prepared for the arrival the day before and basically left me hanging. I went on the do the repair myself. On March 6, 2024, Brennan Heating came to our home to repair our Lennox gas furnace that was showing an error code of "225". The technician took a look and determined it was the "high-pressure switch" and said it could be fixed by using a paper clip and asked me if I had one. I thought this odd but went ahead and found a metal paper clip and gave it to him. He put the paper clip into the high-pressure switch and wiggled it around and pronounced it clean. Although they fixed the problem so far, it was the most expensive 1 hour ever. I needed to replace my fan, which it was clear was what it was, and was charged $207 to diagnose (took him 2 minutes after I told him that is what it was) then scheduled to come out where I was charged another $1000 parts and labor. $200 for the fan and $800 in labor. He was here for 30 minutes. So 15 minutes first visit, and 30 minutes second....$1200 Call someone else if you want a repair! After a little digging, this is normal for this place.... read more

I noticed that my furnace was not heating to temperature and called Brennan. The service technician came out and immediately told me that I needed to replace my unit without looking at it. It is an older furnace, however, it runs great. Upon further inspection he asked me to change the batteries in the thermostat. He indicated to me that the issue was fixed, however I noticed that the unit still wasn't producing heat. Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning does not honor their products. I was told to wait 8 weeks to fix my furnace which was installed by them a year ago. All of the warranty parts and services were honored but take months to schedule an appointment.
If I could give this company a ZERO I would!!! They are the WORST company I've ever dealt with!! They incompetent and don't know SHIT!! Watching Utube videos to try and diagnose the problem!! The people who answered the phone are unprofessional and they don't know anything as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Read yelp reviews and you will see what I mean!! If I would have done that they would have never gotten the JOB!!!! Unsatisfied customer!!!!!!!
