You wait for hours even with an appointment they over book their appointments for the level of appointments they have they need to get more dentist hired in and dental assistance. My wife has has to have multiple dental procedures due to lack of detail the dentist they have pays to the patients because of over booking and no one wants to wait an eight hour shift each time they come to this dentist
Very shady! Took my kids for a cleaning. My son comes out and says his cleaning was different. Seems they took X-rays and did fluoride but didn’t clean his teeth for a cleaning appointment. When confronted they claim it was a mix up. Of course it was.
This is the worst place ever! They are constantly running behind, they have broken 3 of my sons brackets (braces) in one appt to change rubber bands. The receptionist for ortho side had to go smoke a cigarette before scheduling our next appt, they schedule your appt for 8am and arrive 3 mins, I’m not exaggerating, 3 mins before 6 people’s appts first thing in the morning. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. My husband needed two molar’s removed and we had to go to a “specialist”. We showed up for his appointment on time and they told us they didn’t have time and to come back at 4. When we came back at 4, we waited for a few minutes and then they brought us back. The “specialist” (Dr. Malki) came in and numbed my husbands gums then left for about 20 minutes. In that time, one of his assistants came in and was putting the tools together. I don’t even know where to begin! My appointment was at 3:00 pm and they called me at 1:00 pm to come in early because the specialist wasn’t very busy. I get there and they tell me I have to come back at 4:00 pm. So I leave and come back only to be brutally assisted with the procedure. When I told the doc it hurt he called me a liar and persisted to put me through more pain than necessary. He yelled at and insulted me through the entire procedure. It was extremely unethical. So the office manager told my manfriend that he needed to come in at 7 am mind you he has a 3pm appointment that the dentist wasnt going to wait all day after I PAID 2400 he said refund me my money. Shady business practice
