worst customer experience ever I was supposed to get a referral to them to get my teeth extracted, and then the representative tells me to call back the day before my appointment to see if the referral went in and she tells me the insurance says that they never received a referral that she was supposed to send so then she tells me that before I can go to my appointment the next day I have to call the doctors to get my panel emailed to them I never heard of a place where they have the patient do all the work, but she has the ... read more

I’m here for what would of been my 3rd visit, 2/3 of my appointments have been 45+ min late. Right now I’ve been waiting for over 100 MINUTES for a 10:20am appointment. I had another appointment right after at 11:30, it’s noon and I decided to ask for my X-rays so I could find another provider. I am not waiting 2 hrs for an appointment I scheduled. I've been literally forgotten in the waiting room for hours on two separate occasions, unnecessary reschedules and overall poor customer service and communication. I felt almost shamed by the dentist for having placque when I literally had just told her I have never had a professional cleaning... I will be taking my son and self elsewhere.

1 Dentist 0 Hygensits 2 Dental Assistants 5 front office staff I didntt finish appt at all Suddenly I went from being the 3rd patient to being last in line for cleaning AND the lobby is FULL!!

I bought their stupid One Smile Plan for $79.00 as a stipulation to attend this office as a patient. Attended a normal first appointment.Then they banned me last minute two days before my second appo

I have had an unpleasant customer service experience at this location and wouldn’t visit again. They are very rude and charge outrageous even after talking to the insurance they gave me incorrect amount. That way later after a year I had to pay the entire amount out of pocket and nothing was covered. They should have told me before hand so I did not get the treatment from them. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Please don’t waste your money with bad customer service, use inappropriate language too with customer.

I would not recommend this place. Reading reviews now seems to be the same issues. We had an appointment in December that they canceled on us. It was rescheduled for January. While driving to the appointment (45 minutes) they canceled that day on us and said they would call to reschedule again. No one ever called us back so I called after 4 days to schedule. We had an appointment in February and waited for an hour and 10 minutes in the waiting room. If you don’t have enough staff don’t book 2-3 patients at the same time. Our... read more
