This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I went here about 4ish times. The cleanings were ok. Hygienist was always pretty thought but got the job done. I’ve been trying to get in for a cleaning for OVER A YEAR. I’ve canceled once. They’ve canceled on me SIX TIMES. The most recent was today. I took the day off work since my appointment was in the middle of the day. They called me morning of to tell me that the dentist was OUT OF THE COUNTRY. Couldn’t they have called me yesterday?!?!?! My girlfriend was there for a 3:30 appointment, wasn’t seen until 4:30, and then got hit not once, but twice by the person taking her X-ray with the X-ray machine. She was then told to “calm down” after getting frustrated with the person who took the X-ray because she was hit by the machine. She then attempted to call to speak to a manager and was denied. I honestly have no idea how on earth this place has such a high rating because my experience here was terrible from beginning to end. The irony is that I chose this place on the strength of this clearly false rating. Now I honestly feel swindled and bamboozled. I went in because a molar broke. I gave that reason when I made my appointment. They took a couple of X-rays, then the Dr. Came in. He looked in my mouth, poked around with his probe then announced I needed four crowns and at least two root canals. I disagreed and faked him to just pull the tooth. He refused, told me I needed my teeth. I explained that I’m 68 years old and don’t need all that dentistry. And asked which teeth needed crowns. If I could rate this place lower I would. This clinic is terribly unorganized and unprofessional. It took making 3 appointments to get my daughter's braces off. The excuse was "the system must have glitched" eventhough we had confirmations of the original appointments made. They did nothing to fix the mistake just had an "oh well" attitude. They did nothing to try and fit her in so my kid had to wear her braces a couple extra months. This place canceled and rescheduled me without my knowledge and the wait is 2hours my daughter has metal digging in her teeth they just sent her off every since the guy dentist left its trash my friend also left with holes in her teeth

Very rude staff, especially the guy at the desk. Been dealing with it, but after leaving me in the chair an hour and a half waiting to get my cleaned. I was told they didn't have time to do it " closing for lunch " told me I needed to make an appointment! WTH . So Done with Bright Now Dental Lancaster 😡

I had to wait 2 hrs. to get seen April 15. They lost my Xrays from my previous visit 6 mo. prior. I'm on Medicare and I had few choices for dental care so I chose Bright Now. My experience hasn't been that good. Without even seeing my Xrays the young dentist (they seem to change every 6 months), said I need crowns replaced and I have a cavity. 6 months ago another dentist said my teeth were great. I'm getting a second opinion.
