everytime I go there . it is a long g wait. two hours past my schedule appointment. it is a disappointment. I can never be seen on time. Wait for over one hour in the waiting room, then another 45 minutes before the hygienist I was told the call center always over book them. that is not acceptable. people has other plans

I had a horrible experience. Saw the dentist first and he suggested a plan that I thought was reasonable. Then went to next appointment and the hard sell started. All I wanted was what the dentist suggested. But according to their “protocols” I had to agree to other treatment before. Of course, it was all up sell. That is a problem with corporate dentistry. Corporate comes first!$!

Where do I even start? I could write a book about my 2 HR terrible experience here. It’s offices like this that make people afraid of dentists. Never find another dentist . Their billing office is rude , harasses patients , takes many months to process insurance , unfriendly , inconsiderate, nasty . Take your buisiness anywhere than here

They are doing 4 years of work on me in 2 days! It's my fault for not seeing a dentist in 4 years...but they aren't nagging at me; they are treating me like a rock star!
Waited 18 months for 12 month Invisalign due to inadequate office staff and ordering errors. Also had to have partials remade 3 times due to office error. Not to mention SEVERAL reschedules due to them over booking. However, below was "the straw that broke the camels back. Very expensive! Still have a denied dental claim even after calling them. Recommended pulling back teeth when other dentist office said it would be more beneficial to get root canals. Will not return to this dentist office. Definitely feel like they are only in it for the money.

Worst experience than the other 2 times I went. Came straight home and changed dentist on my insurance, now I have to wait another week in agony pain, and a very loose tooth . Worst customer service, one doctor in the whole building and let you sit inside the room for hour and ignore you then come back and refer you elsewhere because the doctor can’t handle more than one patient at a time and doesn’t give a shit if they wasted your time. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.. Indio on Jackson street… Gets a big fat F-fail.

People are very nice. BUT I don’t like having to wait over an hour especially if your appointment is set for 7am. I’m the 1st person in line at 6:45, was let in to the waiting room at 6:50am and was not seen until 8:20am. I’m the 1st person in line and was not admitted 1st, not 2nd but I had to wait and was the 3rd person to go in to have my procedure done. I think this is unacceptable.
