The person who did my cleaning it was awful only lasted less than 15minutes she didn’t do the routine that a good cleaning is The rest of the staff in the dentist they were very good

Never again. First, I had to wait almost 2 months for an appointment. Finally, appointment day came. I called to ask if I needed to come early to do paperwork, she says yes, come 30 minutes early. I arrived to find no available parking spots. I had to park in a neighboring parking lot that threatens tow. I go inside, she tells me they’re at minimum 30 minutes behind. I went in for a simple cleaning and ended up with a recommendation to have a deep scaling, which I don’t need. Never got the cleaning. This is a scam.

Horrible place! If you like waiting 2 hours+ then this is the place for you! Oh and if you enjoy driving to an appointment to arrive and find out it needs be rescheduled due to the person they scheduled you under doesn’t work there anymore then please visit this office it’s for you! Tried to reschedule that one. A JANUARY appt couldn’t get me in until DECEMBER 29th 😂 what a JOKE.

During a root canal a little over a year ago, the dentist created a sinus communication (he drilled too deep and popped through into my sinus cavity). He then denied that it happened, and claimed that it's not possible to do that during a root canal. After 6 months of calling the office to report the issue, I was seen by another dentist visiting from their Spokane Valley location. I have Medicare and due to their incompetence I missed 3 appointments in a row. They called to explain and I was still dropped as a patient!!! I'm in constant pain!!! Now what??!! Thanks bright now!!!
