The service there is terrible. No one there seems to no what they are doing, also they rush you out the door and no one not even the orthodontist likes to explain procedures as if the patients are incompetent of understanding what is going on.

Appointment was at 11:20 am. Got to the office at 11:19 am because google said that they were located in Dayton on Smithville (something they are aware of and should notify new patients when they schedule their appointment). Was told to have a seat and they would be right with us. 25 minutes later, nothing. Go up to the counter and they had forgotten about us. Did not give a pre-treatment plan but instead billed all they wanted to do to my credit card prior to any work being done!! Did give a partial refund. Took 4 months to get a new upper denture. (All upper teeth had been extracted years ago). Still owe my credit card an additional $400+. Will never go back!!!

terrible service. they didn’t call me or let me know that I did not need to eat. They also did not let me know I have to have someone here to take me home afterward. Terribly run practice, I would avoid at all costs. They also don’t have a CT x-ray machine which is literally a standard for dentists across the nation.

The manger Kim is extremely rude and has no business in management or customer service. They forgot to take an impression of my bottom teeth for a crown on my front tooth and put in a temporary tooth that’s 3 different colors. When I said I wasn’t happy they told me to drink coffee to make it blend in. When I asked to be compensated for their mistakes seeing as how I had paid over $3,000.00 between my copay and insurance Kim said she wasn’t going to go round and round with me about it and hung up on me. new patient port richey location.. nobody bothered to tell me to be here 30 mins early... so after not even getting a call, the dentist left... this happened today 2/28/22.. I have an obvious infection in my gums... I was turned away bc the dentist was "already halfway home"....oh and long"yeaaaaaaa". you'll be reported to the better business bureau.. today??

Would not recommend them to anybody. I went in for an evaluation to be told there’s a chance I may need a root canal but likely would be good with just crowns, so I had the work started. Left with temporaries and in unbelievable pain, so I called them back and they insisted it was normal and I did not need a root canal. After 3 days of continuous pain, I asked them to take another look, then when told I do need a root canal, they tell me they don’t even do them on the teeth they worked on, and after paying $1500 they now ref... read more
