I had the worst experience ever with the hygienist. She had recommended a deep cleaning, but since it costs $800 I wasn’t willing to have it done and she said she wouldn’t do a regular cleaning. The other hygienist had agreed to but when I went in it was her again. She was very abrupt and rude.

I think this organization is money centered and not customer. Paper work given to me as well as explanations of diagnosis was more on how much to pay and not what I am paying for.

Too few employess doing their job! Receptionist didn’t even know I was sitting right in front of her. Didn’t see my name on sign in sheet, so they took other clients before me. Wasted 35 minutes.

very unprofessional dentist failed to sign pain medicine prescription and when I called them ten minutes before they closed the answering machine was on so my wife had to suffer from an extremely rough tooth extraction. I called another location and their answering machine was on before closing time as well. very unprofessional. I definitely will never use them.
