Scheduled to get a cleaning. They offer $39 for exam and X-rays to see what kind of cleaning needed. I have no insurance so wanted basic cleaning. The cleaning they suggested was $1508. I went in for a my first visit yesterday. The doctor was ok, he didn’t really say much TO me. The tech was very nice and patient while taking my x-rays. At the end of the visit, the receptionist up front didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all. She tried to schedule my visits in the wrong order, after the dentist wrote down how he wanted me to have them done, and she didn’t even offer to give me an estimate for the work he wanted me to do. They did a horrific job on my dentures. Charged me 2000.00 cash up front. The dentures was the worst ever. It took them from September to April to finish them. Then when I got them they were the worst fit EVER. I have never been able to wear the lower plate because of all the sharp areas the cut my gums up bad, and when I went back the dentist told me to leave them in and get use to them, which there was NO WAY and the top has had 2 front teeth to break out. RecommendedLast December I had the very worst experience imaginable getting two caps done. After much haggling with my insurance company and the dentist office I was finally brought back to repair lousy dental work. Having said that the new dentist was the utmost in care and professionalism. If the fit on the permanent cap is as good as the temporary I will be very happy.
Fire your check in person. Hire another dentist 4 months is to long for an appoionment
Instead of cleanings every six months it’s more like once a year. I like the hygienist, but when you come in they insist on a mask when there is no one else in the lobby and of course I’m there for them to work inside my mouth, so there’s that as well. After two years of wearing masks, just when are they supposed to start working? My personal opinion is that if masks worked, they would have worked. I would not go back to this place if you paid me $1 million. This place is horrible they treat patients like you’re stupid and retarded. The entire staff needs to go to counseling. Just a horrible place to do business with. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Obviously the dentist thinks she’s better than anybody else and knows everything.
