horrible experience this pass Saturday 2hrs in the office and nothing was done to me i missed my grandkids games for nothing not happy at all

Terrible experience. Not Professional. I booked a cleaning teeth. The made me X-Ray. After that, arrived the doctor. The same one that 5 min before was sleeping on the chair in the office beside the X-Ray room, with the door totally opened. He suggested to make 2 crone a other little surgery. I replyed "Ok I'll thinking about it". And, I asked for my cleaning. They told me "Today the specialist is not here". WHAT??? Ok I'm really nice person. Asking could I make an appointment? First of all they were about to use used equipment on me, the little mirror had blood and saliva on it I had to request new stuff... I should have left then but... this place is filled with incompetent staff and dentists that clearly have no business holding that title. Disgusting place with complete idiots running it. DO NOT GO HERE! I would go back if it were the last dental office on Earth!

Dentist are great but the front staff are not brigh when it comes to discussing benefits. When there's a problem, they focus on who's to blame as opposed to how do we fix it!!

BUT The receptionist who brought out my Disucussion plan was RUDE 1st she was arguing with a old man up fron being so rude to him,Then finding out she had his last name rong in the system and didnt even apologize to him. kept rolling her eyes at him.
