It all started off with great confidence but things went south quickly and I still wanted to have faith. I always go for regular cleaning but they are only doing Deep clean because of covid-19 they have limited staff. They always do work that is not covered in the insurance like the para-nomic pic and overcharge you every time you visit. Extremely bad service not recommended.

went in for Dentures.,Well they don't specialize in dentures .Felt my time was wasted. I had to go and reanounce myself because after sitting for an hour and not being called seeing others who came in after myself being called in first🤔.But after all that 🙆They did find another Bright Now & referred me. it's 30 mins away however.Wished this Dentist in Bell Gardens specialized in Dentures.

My appointment was scheduled Dec 16, 2021. They called to say my Hygienist has left & need to reschedule. This is the 2nd Hygienist that I had who left. I got a schedule for Dec 28, 7:30. I came & was told I have 2 appointments but not Dec 28. One is Dec 30 & one on Jan 28. First of all, I visit every 3 months not a month apart. I’ve been three times now as they take my insurance and I have received absolutely no real services, save one cleaning. I’ve had two different dentists ask me what I was there for, indicating that there is very poor tracking of your records. The different dentists constantly contradict each others’ opinions which also means the service you’re expecting to go in and receive changes constantly. It’s just too big of a corporation to provide any decent customer service and I will be getting a new dentist ASAP.

They constantly cancel and reschedule appointments. Showed up today for an appointment that they rescheduled me back when we were supposed to be seen in November, after sending out reminder text messages and a phone call on Monday for today's appointment only to be told we're not even in the scheduling book. This place is completely unorganized. 8 am beyond frustrated.

I had a 2 crowns put in last year and one came out. They charged me $94.00 dollars just to glue it back in. They shouldn’t have charged anything as far as I’m concerned. I’m not going back!

They referred my to a periodontist once the periodontist completed his work he sent them a letter on 7/13 to let them know they could start the Invisalign treatment. I didn’t hear back from bright Now, I finally got in in September they must not of read the letter for the periodontist because they sent me back to the periodontist.
