I’m sorry I didn’t shop around. I’m not happy with my upper denture. Small, yellow and unnatural. Plus, it’s taking forever. It has not been a good experience.

I will start off that I might not be a typical patient; I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to dental or medical procedures. Sadly, my experience has taken me back to my original state of fear of the dentist. I had to get a tooth extracted, and requested to be fully sedated because of my anxiety. Terrible customer service. I didn’t feel welcome. I made an appointment for general cleaning and when I went in I was abruptly told I couldn’t get general cleaning but had to have a cleaning that wasn’t covered by my insurance and would have to pay out of pocket for it. Then I was told I could get general cleaning covered by my insurance, was taken in the back for exrays and exam and then told,again, I could not get general cleaning. I am not a client and never will be but my mother is a new client of Bright Now dental. We got pre-treatment estimate with 0 payment from patient but after treatment we received a bill to pay since insurance refused to pay because two procedures performed were similar and one of them is covered only once per 3 years. This is a first time in US since coming in 2003 when my mom living on SSI asked to pay for medical and dental treatment (all other offices contacted insurance first to confirm coverage). There are no hygienists at the Palm Bay office! And the Melbourne office dentist only works on Thursdays.
The receptionist and her name is SUSIE, she is very rude and doesn’t need to be in the front office. The way she talked down on people beyond this world. If she has issues in her life and she need to call off or quit her job because there are so many nice people need jobs. Someone really need to talk to her and she can’t talk to people like that been crazy and rude.

Highly unsatisfied with my experience here. I recommend you go to another dentist before coming here. My appointment was at 3pm. Waited 45-60 mins until they called me. I suggest being more punctual. The environment isn’t the most sanitary I noticed. The front desk and doctor was cool but the rest of the staff’s vibes were just super negative and on edge. If you have to refer patients out for a simple root canal you’re not a dentist you’re a hack. When making a appointment and you tell the dentist office you have tooth pain there is always two options pull the tooth or perform a root canal. Why have the patient come in in pain if you’re just going refer that person to another dentist Because your office is not capable of doing a root canal.
