Dr. Tien, the owner of the practice, is incredibly rude. To the point of being condescending to his PAYING PATIENTS. He talked down to me for not immediately knowing the date of a procedure I had done and was even joking about me over the phone to another doctor WITHIN HEARING RANGE. All because antibiotics were able to eliminate an abcess that was caused by a procedure his colleagues performed. I am having the worst time with this office about my dental bill. They could not care less about submitting correct information to my insurance, and their fiscal office is harassing me for 8 months now. I do not recommend this place

I've had such a horrible experience with this dentist. They over charge and act like a used car salesman. I am not afraid of going to the dentist but this is the first time I've felt scared due to the cleaning being so rough and painful. I have asked some fellow co-workers about their dental providers and told them of my horrible experience here. Found out that a few of my co-workers have also had bad experiences at Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics.

My teeth were in very bad shape. They’ve worked with me and we’re very patient due to my fear of Dentist and pain. They’ve mapped out a plan to make me be able to smile again!!
The bait and switch is awful! Initially I liked this office… I had major dental work done and they eased me of my fear of the dentist.The day of my first procedure they went over that I could keep my teeth knowing darn well that I was already in the chair to get major dental work done. That’s strike 1…. Strike 2… they scheduled me for a general cleaning and my insurance had not switched over for this new year, I refused service until my insurance was called to verify I was correct. Staff seems to be helpful an attentive. Billing is suspect: I’m under my wife’s insurance, as I’m now retired. Billed for a double cleaning. ??? Should have been covered fully w/co pay. Same cleaning at another dentist, my wife only pays copay. Either they do not know billing procedures or they are price gouging. 2nd strike I Do not recommend.

This location is horribly rude (the front desk staff has an attitude about making appointments) and there also isn’t a lot of availability for getting an appointment. My cleanings were more like every 8-9 months because of lack of open appointments. I have had a much better experience at my original location and now drive 40 minutes so I can avoid this location. I do not recommend this location.

I went yesterday for a consult with a periodontist. There was a $180 “consult fee”. I was not advised of this prior to my appointment. This was a second opinion. My first consult with another office was free.

HORRIBLE!!! I went in for an emergency appointment they scheduled me for at 1 pm. I am in pain! I come in at 12:40 Pm. Due to their being behind, they didn't take lunch, so all appointments at 1 pm had to wait 30 minutes. THEN, they finally take X-rays, finally sit me down and the doctor looks in my mouth and says I'm going to prescribe antibiotics. I ask why? What do you see? What do you recommend?
