Horrible place! If you like waiting 2 hours+ then this is the place for you! Oh and if you enjoy driving to an appointment to arrive and find out it needs be rescheduled due to the person they scheduled you under doesn’t work there anymore then please visit this office it’s for you! Tried to reschedule that one. A JANUARY appt couldn’t get me in until DECEMBER 29th 😂 what a JOKE.

During a root canal a little over a year ago, the dentist created a sinus communication (he drilled too deep and popped through into my sinus cavity). He then denied that it happened, and claimed that it's not possible to do that during a root canal. After 6 months of calling the office to report the issue, I was seen by another dentist visiting from their Spokane Valley location. add more dentists. I sat waiting 30 minutes passed appointment time. others waited longer and just rescheduled

I have Medicare and due to their incompetence I missed 3 appointments in a row. They called to explain and I was still dropped as a patient!!! I'm in constant pain!!! Now what??!! Thanks bright now!!!

I have medicade. Due to there incompetence I missed 3 appointments in a row. I had my insurance company call and explain but they won't see me again and im in constant pain!!! Thanks bright now!!

The office is beautiful and very clean. Personnel are very kind and polite ! The dentist doesn't offer alterative solutions, doesn’t listen and won't see you if you don't praise the industry. We don’t trust this dentist opinion! Doesn’t know what she’s talking about !
