This location is horribly rude (the front desk staff has an attitude about making appointments) and there also isn’t a lot of availability for getting an appointment. My cleanings were more like every 8-9 months because of lack of open appointments. I have had a much better experience at my original location and now drive 40 minutes so I can avoid this location. I do not recommend this location.

I went yesterday for a consult with a periodontist. There was a $180 “consult fee”. I was not advised of this prior to my appointment. This was a second opinion. My first consult with another office was free.

HORRIBLE!!! I went in for an emergency appointment they scheduled me for at 1 pm. I am in pain! I come in at 12:40 Pm. Due to their being behind, they didn't take lunch, so all appointments at 1 pm had to wait 30 minutes. THEN, they finally take X-rays, finally sit me down and the doctor looks in my mouth and says I'm going to prescribe antibiotics. I ask why? What do you see? What do you recommend? They did unnecessary X-rays that they charged me 50.00 for and my insurance paid for basic X-rays at no charge and I was never even discussed about it. I am going to cancel my dental insurance and just go to my old dentist. It’s cheaper in the long run!

Do not recommend if Dr. Elliott Katz has to be your Ortho!!! This man was rude and very unprofessional. I have been coming to this same office for 5 years now, seeing Dr. Brooks (who has moved on and open her own practice by the way) and never had any issues with her or any of the staff. He made it his busy to tell me "I guess I need to repeat myself since you don't Clearly understand when I advise him that I couldn't just lake a decision right away but I needed my retainer fixed!" They are very vague about there charges did not understand them at all. I feel like I was over charged. I am having a hard time eating with the new bridge they made for me.

Lynnwood has children for dentists that have no understanding of neurological differences and cater for them not. I’m almost tempted to go back to Northgate if it wasn’t for the commute. Bright now dental is a poor mans Chicken wing instead of breast. Socialized dentistry is a long way off but needed badly. Steve McQueen

Beware! Cheap costs you more! Bright Now Dental did our dental work in 2014 and it was shabby! Turns out it has to be re-done! Found out yesterday a crown shouldn't have been done at all...it needed a root canal first!! It's a CORPORATE CLINIC set up with quotas and commissions! Quality of care is not a priority! They ADMIT the work done in 2014 should not have been done but do NOT stand behind it! I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Scott Lampert. I wanted to get my teeth cleaned, I was told I would have to have an examination first, then after the doctor had finished, his office manager came in and gave me a list of dental work I needed done, including a deep cleaning costing around $800 and told me it was that or nothing and I could not get a regular cleaning which was the reason I went in. After listening to the hard sell, I walk out without the cleaning I had requested in the first place and paid $79 for.
