Been a customer for 28 years. Ever since they were bought out or change ownership it has gone down hill. Always canceling appointments and Never the same dr. Finding new dentist. We are done.
Disrespectful of patients time They opened one hour late due to inclement weather (staff and DMD couldn’t get on time) and did not inform patients who drove in the bad weather only to be told they have an hour long wait. They offered to reschedule the appt; however, if they had called us via phone to reschedule beforehand we could have avoided the unnecessary trip to their office.

It was painful getting my tooth extracted. plus he didn't numb my jaw, all the liquid was in my mouth. I told him it hurts, but he kept on pulling my tooth. I will never go back there again.
I waited for a total of two hours just to be told I need to re-schedule. I was already sitting on the chair and they already took my x-rays and I was waiting when I was told I need to re-schedule. They could’ve told me that from the beginning.
make good teeth that fit.it doesn't take nine months to make teeth very disappointed.
This dental group front desk appears to have an embedded attitude. I don’t know if it because they claim they are short handed or what. They give you an appointment and have you waiting for long periods of time with out reassuring you they will get to you. It’s frustrating and they have a attitude of they could care less about the customer’s frustration or what they may have planned for the day.
Very disappointed in the management of Bight now Dental. I have been to their facility in Anaheim twice now for a scheduled surgical procedure. Neither time was the procedure accomplished. The first Time The denture that was to be installed after teeth were removed, was not delivered as promised. The surgeon was there I was there but the apparatus that was to be in place was not. The second time, I arrived and was told the I had in my upper, needed to be removed prior to the surgical procedure. Why was this not scheduled ... read more
