the first thing is you guys need to stop taking temperatures nobody does that anymore. and you need to make sure that your your staff is vaccinated and if they're not then they should be the one wearing the mask not the vaccinated people. and they can't seem to keep dentist or hygienist so maybe you should work on that.

In short - a complete mess. My father has been waiting on a parcial that was promised, bought and paid for in July. We decided to go with Bright Now Dental because they promised us everything would be completed in a month. Every week when we can finally reach someone, sometimes it is by going to their office in person, 1 out of 10 times they actually answer their phone for existing patients. Recently walked out of my appointment, very upset. Do not go here, Manager and staff won't listen to your needs or your concerns. I believe they will try whatever they can in order to increase your bill, even if that consist of a bunch of XRays. I know rent for the location must be expensive, but the way you are doing business is going to end up you closing the store, and getting out of our community. Dangerous, shoddy work. First while in the chair they dropped a metal tool down my throat and nearly choked me. The dentist had to reach down my throat to grab it before i swallowed it. Then the filling wasn’t filed down properly so it’s poking into my gum. When i called to ask them to fix it they said they had no availability for days. It’s a holiday weekend so i wouldn’t be able to get in until Tuesday. I asked if they could stay open at the end of the day to fix it and they said no despite me being in pain.

I don’t recommend coming here the front office is bad management is horrible they don’t care about the customer at all they constantly over book people every time I have waited over hour just to be seen dentist are great which is unfortunate the front office can’t get it together all they care about is nickel and dime the customer

You have to wait an eternity for service.
The office staff is completely incompetent. They had to reschedule my appointment twice because they didn't know what days they worked or what hours. I thought the third time was a go after they confirmed my appointment the day before, but later that afternoon I received another call from them in which they proceeded to inform me that they were not taking any new patients with my dental insurance even though they knew what insurance I had when I had initially booked the appointment.
